These terms govern your use of unikklab.com.

Each app has its own Terms of Use. The agreement covering an app is the one linked from that app’s page. See PixelPro and Food Scanner. Nothing here replaces or overrides those; where they differ, the app’s terms win for that app.

1. The website

This site exists to describe our apps and to publish the legal and support documents that go with them. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

2. Accuracy

We try to keep the site current, but descriptions of unreleased apps are statements of intent, not promises. Features, pricing and availability can change before an app ships, and after.

3. Intellectual property

The Unikklab name, logo, app names, app icons, and the text and design of this site belong to us. You may link to any page here. You may not reproduce the branding or present our material as your own.

4. Third-party links

Pages here link to Apple, Cloudflare, Google and other third parties. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of New Mexico have jurisdiction, except where the consumer protection law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim there.
